Could anyone help me find pants like these? It's for a Halloween costume, so I'm not looking for anything super high quality / price tag. I just want big, puffy pants that are high waisted and have elastic on the ankles so it closes there. Even white ones are fine so then I can dye it.

It isn't any usual syle and you can't find them. They are an original design, and most probably those were the only shirts of this type ever made. A tailor could possibly make them tho

If you can't find them anywhere they look pretty easy to diy. Either sew them yourself or buy cotton drawstring pants and taper them into that shape
