It looks like a standard felt or wool hat with a round top called "open crown." Look for open crowned hats, with that same shape, and you will see what I mean. There are some places you could get hats like that. The Australian hat company Akubra sells some of their hats like this. Miller Hats also sells open crown hats, including ones that look more like the one in your picture, although I am not sure about their hat qualities, while Akubra is something that could take rainstorms and snow, and still look good later.
