It's a very self-conscious thing to do, I honestly feel sorry for most bodybuilders because they usually have body dysmorphic disorder and their emotions depend on the admiration of others.

Real "alphas" are never body builders in real life, sure you get hot headed jacked guys, but they aren't real alpha. A real alpha doesn't need to surround himself in the admiration of others or to yell/be aggressive in order to have others follow his ideas.
