It has to be both. Like Is a regular Rolex a grail? No, it’s just expensive. Is a limited edition Rolex a grail? Yes it’s hard to find and going to be more expensive. Is an OG Mandela Bart tee a grail? Yes. It’s basically impossible to find and will cost you maybe a dollar, but good luck trying to track one down.
