Anywhere from about 100lbs to 110 looks the same for me, so I'm aiming for 90. If I like how I look before I reach that low, then I'll be content with a higher number.

This was after 4 days of being over my caloric goal. Plus my face looked puffy as fuck due to the water weight so everytime I would look in the mirror I would feel like shit. I thought it was genuine weight gain since I've been chilling at home and haven't been cooking all my meals so I can't control the amount of oil and other shit that's in it. And I've started to become increasingly obsessed with food lately which is pathetic. But yeah you're right.

I hate that. I'm 5lbs down and still look the same.

No fever. I improved a bit for a few days after the antibiotic, thought I was getting better, then the next day I was back to just as bad as before: nausea, full feeling, stomach spasms. It seems to come in waves, also diet wise have to stick to bread and pasta. But I'm as bad as I was three weeks ago.

I hope they put me completely out for an endoscopy, that sounds terrifying.

Yeah, I live in Florida and my house is all concrete block. Pain in the ass to run wires if you can't find the pipe or run it through the ceiling and can't punch the walls. Not sure I'd ever punch a wall anyways though.

They never really go away, so you just have to change your attitude about them. Also once you reach your goal you find you can eat a fair amount and maintain. Maintenance TDEEs are pretty reasonable even for very thin people.

Try to eat some vegetables if you can, soups are ok too...yogurt, water, tea, small and frequent meals are good. the endoscopy is not painful but you'll probably gag a bit and burp a lot (they inflate CO2 in order to see the stomach). Usually you can ask at least for a bit of sedation. it lasts 5-10 minutes with a good technician. Maybe they'll take some little sample to analyze later for helycobacter pylori, celiac disease or red areas in the stomach. Are you still in Italy? A big hug

Not a medfag but you probably need to state your height, first off.

Second, I've been in these threads for a long time and overall being /thinspo4lyfe/ is about managing it. Get your weight down SLOWLY so you don't get malnutritioned, even super thin people have a reasonable TDEE so you can eat healthy and get the nutrition you need but you have to be smart about it. A calorie is a calorie for weight loss, but when it comes to being healthy AND thin you need to choose your food wisely so you can eat less than everyone else but still be healthy by getting nutrients you need. For thin people, the cookie isn't bad only because it is lots of calories, it's bad because if you eat too many cookies you won't have enough room within your calorie goals for all the healthy stuff you need. Also as you get to really low weights, make sure to listen to your body and also GO SLOW. Yeah -500cal is the classic weight loss number, but when your BMI is super low just do -250cal deficits and lose slower but healthier. Not like a few months really make a difference anyways.

How do I make my life not about eating?
What I look forward to the most all day is food. Got a bad binge eating disorder and been trying to kick it for years with not much luck. Any tips?

Pick a talent that you want to have. Learning a language, an instrument, drawing from life, anything. When you feel the urge to eat for entertainment, instead do an exercise or some sort of practice. It'll feel like a total drag in the beginning, but eventually one dopamine rush will replace the other AND you will have a new talent.

Intermittent fasting. mealcucks days revolve around eating, intermittent fasting after a few weeks you get used to just eating in your eating window. And when you do eat, since you haven't wasted your calories on the bullshit earlier, you can have a real meal and not feel like you are depraving yourself.

Eat slower too, that helps. Really chew your bites and enjoy them. Eat mindfully.

Interesting idea, I've been working on learning Spanish myself. Another benefit of IF besides not being as hungry, is that you get an extra hour to hour and a half by skipping breakfast, snacks and maybe even lunch.

When I was trying to lose I did OMAD mostly, just a big dinner at 7-8pm.

Now that I'm maintaining I do lunch around 2pm and dinner around 7-8pm. I'm not super strict about it, but around those times. I find pushing that lunch a bit later makes a huge difference. I make sure not to snack inbetween lunch and dinner, and lunch is zero carb. I do this more for energy reasons than for weight control reasons, because when I don't have any carbs at lunch my energy levels are much more even. Dinner I eat whatever I want within reason (I don't eat a lot of desert, and if I do have some it is a very small amount just for a taste, I don't binge drink, I try to eat a wide variety of food, etc but I otherwise eat normally).

Went on a crash diet last 3 months and I can now read French books almost fluently.

to tighten up thighs and stomach will mostly be done by burning body fat, which is achieved simply through eating a caloric deficit. How big the deficit is will decide how quickly you get there.

If you want to do it healthy I would recommend a 500 calorie deficit to start. Maybe add some cardio work as well
