Having this strong of an opinion on which choice of tech makes you seem extremely vain. Apple offers less customisation to their devices than any other tech company out there.

If you like that aesthethic I guess that's fine--I like the clean look myself--but technology serves a different purpose than that of an aesthetic accessory to most people. You can get non apple devices that share their design aesthethic, but if you need the logo of an apple on your computer to not feel inferior you've got some serious issues with your self-image.

Imagine being so fragile you need validation on your choice of tech. You buy things because of the brand it fronts, and not the aesthetic. You literally need someone to tell you what to think and feel, because you can't do it yourself.
