/fa means something different for everyone. sure there are some like ground-rules that I think most knowledgable posters agree on, but it boils down to personal style.
i like both runway and "aesthetic," but I really don't like using that term as a blanket statement like you did.
to me I guess an "aesthetic" individual is someone who has a sense of personal style and does what they want. skinny and attractive are almost always a given, but I think if you aren't either of those but are confident & have good style, it can go along way
