Try a shorter or closer fitting jacket. I'd also change your shirt to somethnig softer/ with more drape as the shirt/ jacket interaction is a bit weird.

I'd say go longer with the jacket. You've got a good frame and you're obviously tall so carrying off a larger jacket isn't an issue.

That one seems to fit weird around your forearms too
