I disagree, I think the lines of that jacket are so straight that a round patch would look weird. Square or rectangular would mesh better imo.

Love these. In fact, let's talk shoes. What do you guys look for in a lunarcore shoe? Obviously boots are a big thing, but what about other styles? I personally think slip-ons can look very futuristic, but I tend to verge more towards the astrowave general space aesthetic than a specific lunar or mars core vibe.

Tall, white/grey/tan/green. Boots rock. White geobaskets, grey suede supra skytop 2s on account of silhouette and almost non existent branding. Gum soles are dope. Tall white hi tops are dope AF. PF flyers debranded. The Lebron nikes. Y3. Nike sneaker-boot shit like the field general and AF1 high.

I like it but im not sure about the grey on grey of the jacket. You could wear a more colorful jacket if you had something available; orange is the classic space accent color but red and blue both work well and are underrated.

Sauce on t-shirt and pants? The pieces look good, but the colors are too uniform for me, I'd swap one of the pieces for something tan or light green.

Why are ESA logos so bad? They are a 10/10 space agency, it's horrible that they use those logos

I'm currently waiting on my lunarcore-starterpack from h&m to be shipped. Now all I need is to find some affordable cargos and I am ready to put together some outfits and try this out.

I've been looking at cargos on military shops, but most of them start at a 34-inch waist.

I fucking love the levi denizen cargos that target has. Tan and grey are both darker than the pictures online, will throw up a picture later.

I'd personally ditch the belt or the drawstrings, together they look weird. The pockets are extremely flat, which is the problem I found with most of the "fashionable" cargopants. You'll want some bulky pockets for lunarcore/milspo

I'll take some photos of some fits once the package arrives. But I'm still missing some cargos, so I'll probably use my h&m zespys

Short answer, no. We're drawing inspiration from sci-fi films, which themselves draw inspiration from real space programs. Change the genre and you change which -core fashion is being attempted.

lunarcore is a futuristic workwear with a lot of milsup mixed in. no one is larping as an astronaut.

Thought experiment for you, Veeky Forums. How do you dress up nicely in this aesthetic? The whole boots-cargos-jacket vibe is rad, but it’s inherently casual. What if you want a dressier look?

the movie her has some good 'dressier' inspo while still maintaining a similar color scheme and simplistic yet futuristic looks.

Any pics? I tried google and the outfits i saw looked more nordic than futuristic to me.
