It's like most clothing, if you look good, have a reasonable body shape and the jacket fits, then yes. I am a semi-attractive guy, 6'2" and athletic and my leather jacket actually fits me right and I get complimented a lot by women on nights out.

If you are a greasy fat butterbean then no, it will look shit, there is a reason why you don;t see those guys on the runway.
