The dt isn't the big factor here. Don't get hung up on the phrase "long term". In this context it refers to as anything longer than 1 day. It doesn't matter if it's 2 days or 200 days; what matters is the amount of volatility in that time period. If it swings back up even a bit on monday you better pray for amplified moves in the other direction just to offset your initial loss. It's fucking maddening unless you're thoroughly confident in what's going to happen and spoilers: Nobody knows what's going to happen. Volatility will crush you with these instruments. Do whatever you want though. I don't care.
Again I must emphasize that any volatility that arises during that "buttfucking" will totally destroy your gains once the fund is reset at the start of each day. I implore you to do more research.
