Flip mutual funds, you'll gain around 50% returns a year, not compounded. This means that in 52 weeks, hypothetically assuming you can make about 1% a week, it'd be 13k or so when compounded. Let's make that 2 years and suddenly it's 22k.
Let's also say that you're making 200 pound a month in which you can invest, then you can hypothetically make a million in about 9 and a half years.
All of the above is theoretical. Getting that 50% return is actually possible, as much as people will say otherwise, but obviously "if it were easy, everyone would do it."
Compounding is your best friend if you realistically want to become rich, but it'll take you a loong time.
