Is it going to be mainly a wooden house? If so, I would recommend the first floor or at least the bottom half of it to be stone, and to add either a two-block sized stripe of a different wood type on each floor to simulate a wooden covering, or to play around with Pearlwood walls which have their own trims on top and bottom and sides.

Don't forget the beams and supports!

If the calculations some user made months ago are correct, menacing = lucky against enemies with 0 defense and menacing > lucky against everything else, but the difference is not too significant.

Menacing is better, but only by a slight margin. Keep whatever you get first.

Yes. In fact, there is only one existing item exception, which is for the Demon Heart in non expert worlds.

The only limitation is if you have the sixth accessory slot after defeating the Wall of Flesh on expert and go into a non-expert world. The last slot will turn gray and you'll lose the effects of those accessories.

Here are some items that can't be used under certain conditions:
>Demon Heart: If the player already has six accessory slots
>Life Crystal: If the player already has 20 hearts
>Life Fruit: If the player's number of golden hearts is equal to the number of their total hearts
>Mana Crystal: If the player has 9 mana stars without the use of accessories or buffs.
>Lihzahrd Power Cell: If Plantera has not been defeated in the current world
>Goblin Battle Standard: If a Shadow Orb/Crimson Heart has not been broken in the current world

If you're purifiying the walls for aesthetics you'll need the clentaminator.

snow biome is literally made so you don't need to give a fuck about corruption, even if the V fucks you over all you need to do is clentaminate the surface and that's it, the desert is also pretty easy to protect if you dig around it, since it doesn't produce and corruption chasms
