Yeah, your friendly phantom slots can be used for red signs, meaning if you kill Aldritch you can only summon 2 as opposed to 5 (the 3 friendly phantoms you would have if the boss was alive)

There is a literal Age between when Ludleth Linked the Fire and when we go to Dark Firelink. There is more than enough time for modifications to have been made.

i tried running a tryhards twinswords/darksword heavy infused build with a +10 pyro flame for arc and I get about the same damage increase compared to the same melee stats but with 30 faith for lightning blade. i just don't see the point

It increases based on the spell scaling of your catalyst. If you had 50 faith on a faith-only catalyst, it would scale solely on faith. So if you had 40/40 int/faith on an int/faith catalyst, it would benefit from both int and faith.

Look at the "spell buff" stat on your catalyst to get a rough idea.

Blessed weapon is a percentage of the spell buff added to your AR in physical damage. So is lightning blade (lightning damage) and dorkmoon blade (magic damage). Both lightning and dorkmoon blade are much higher percentages.

Not sure about that. Sl 20 +2 weapon, using mostly red orb. Wolf summons are kind of scarce compared to instant Finger invasions.

The bad thing about DaS3 fashion is that they made it so you can mix nearly anything and it all fits, it's all a bit washed out and samey, not too different. I still like it though
