That is true. A large part of frame tiering is based on opinions. I try to provide a tier list that incoporates my opinions as well as the general opinion of /wfg/, even if I don't agree with it. If one person tells me that Frost > Trin, I won't change the list because I value my opinion more; but if many people tell me Frost > Trin, then I will change the list, even if I disagree. And even if I disagree, I will still provide arguments as to why I disagree and listen to arguments for the other side. I've changed the rankings of Ivara and Inaros (just to name two) based on majority opinion even when it conflicted with my own.

Of course this is rarely the case since 90% of posts is shitposting.

I've also said this before, but the tier list does NOT tell players to "play only high-tier frames and ignore everything else." It provides guidelines for players wondering which frame to make and how to play them. It should NOT discourage experimentation.

Should I burn forma on regular Dual Cleavers? Prisma seems like a direct upgrade, unlike weapons like Hek, Tonkor and Twin Grakata which I don't need Prime/Prisma versions to be endgame viable.

Because Corpus ship shielding prevents explosive decompression, as the space between the hull and the shield only has moderate difference in atmospheric pressure.
