Ya but LoL has a ton more on-hit damage effects because one certain designer is fucking fascinatrd by "hit them 3 times and deal bonus damage" abilities. And certain items were also really strong at the time, so that also compounded to make it worse. Devourer also promoted Junglers to never gank because they wanted their stacks, which they got primarily by jungling.
Also Echo Sabre is shit.

It makes you invulnerable like phase shift that lasts for up to 3/4/5 seconds, meaning you can avoid tons of attacks and skills.
It hits everyone within a 500 aoe with backstabs, the first of which is instant, for every second up to 4/5/6 backstabs.
Said backstabs applies any attack modifiers like orb of venom or diffusal mana burn to everyone.
You can cancel it at will meaning if you're in deep shit you can ult and wait for blink strike to come off cd and blink away.
This combined with smoke also gives you a greater presence in teamfights.
The cd is 40/35/30 seconds.

They basically doubled the damage on his passive and took the double from ulti, which doesn't change much except that you hit more normally. There's his new ability as well that was changed, but a fixed duration is better at least for me, that only normally put 1 point in it.

Blink strike is UNRELIABLE till you get tricks. Tricks is basically an extra blink strike early on.

By 1 extra autoattack i meant that: Just one. For the whole duration of the ult (assuming you didn't proc echo before ulting)

If your echo is off cooldown when you ult then it should apply a double attack + 0.6s 100% slow on everybody the instant it is cast, right?

Doesn't work with ult. Its still core. Basically guarantees 3 hits every blink strike before the slow runs out. It greatly increases your burst damage, and the cooldown aligns well with blink strikes.

If you where a good player, you would use TotT to dodge fatal hits, avoid fatal ticks of DPS skills(Venomancer ult anybody?), fatal projectiles, and use it in start of fights to dodge stuns.
Or use it to secure kills of people that is 1 hit away from death, but are out of range.
Its a very good ability, even if the first version of it allowed Maelstrom procs on creeps and illusions

All new items is good on ET.
It also costs like fucking nothing to get the new move speed item without finishing a item.

To be fair, in a custom game, I once ran into a BM who took TotT and Infernal Blade. For SOME god damned reason it proced every time it hit me, trapping me under the ult and burning me to death. It was miserable. I was the only one ever caught though because my team abandoned and I attempted to 1v3. It may not proc on everyone, but it may proc on one random person repeatedly.

But Weaver still serves plenty of purpose, the item doesn't make him redundant in the slightest.

Its not the Venomancer ulti that kills you, its the Gale/Poison/Ward Poison
And in 90% of the cases, Veno ulti ends long after Poison and Gale do.

What's the point of the invoker cast point change? Unless people were using scripts or macros I can't see how 0.05 is different from 0 in any meaningful way. Rubick has 0.1 and his casts are generally referred to as instant.
