Thanks dude. As far as the outfit goes, it's actually because I decided to split the player character into 2 characters.
Design wise, I figure their clothes are actually just one set of robes modified into two, to help explain the lewd. I can decide if they're poor, or cheap.
For the single player mode I want to be able to switch characters on the fly like in fighting games to get bigger combos.

If I really hate myself, It also lends to having two player multiplayer, if I can wrap my head around network programming. THREADS MAN. CLIENT THREADS, SERVER THREADS, COMMUNICATION THREADS. jESUS CHRIST THE THREADS.

Yes I have a human rig that I use on different humanoid figures. It's really simple and nothing fancy aside inverse kinematics on the legs and arms. I don't see the appeal of custom bone shapes some people like to use (those ring meshes around the limbs) I prefer to see the actual bones.
As for texturing I would really advice using substance painter or quixel suit and using their material libraries and expand on those. It speeds up texturing and even modelling since I can just paint on normal map information instead of having to model it or to sculpt it beforehand.

Here is a time lapse video I recorded, you can see there wasn't much normal map information and details beforehand (like wrinkles and eyes) This might not be the best piece for this but I have seen people drawing wrinkles on clothing with substance painter and it was almost on par with sculpting in zbrush.

I don't know if I like the look of the vision area at the moment, the circle looks kind of off for some reason. However, your game just got 110% spookier, I can feel my palms sweating just thinking about having a skelly pop out from behind when you're on low health.

Your tank looks like shit. Plain and simple. Your over-all design is insufficient and lackluster. You limit yourself by using a low poly count yet choose an outdated and illogical design. Not to mention those are the worst noodle tank treads I've ever seen.

May I also suggest not using Sketchup, it is the 3D equivalent to MS paint. Also why haven't you animated it yet? Animation is the easiest part of 3D. Especially a fucking tank.
