As far as I love DS2 dragon armour, this one got the stuff.

Magic is beyond redemption and it's apparent FROM doesn't want it to ever be viable in PvP.

They nerfed the one decent build that popped up in 1.3, which is why they nerfed farrons flash sword. It wasn't even a fucking pure magic build it was a hybrid build that utilized offhand catalyst for support spells and FFS with a main hand int scaling weapon or raw weapon with buff.

There is no reason to run anything but straight swords or UGW (weps that can't be parried when two handed) and then building around refined or heavy/sharp. With the latter build focusing on another stat besides the second scaling stat. Usually vigor for better poise from armor on UGW builds (stronger rolls and hyper armor not poise like you think) or going vit on straight swords to take more hits.

And we still can fucking aim spells, just giving us this would make magic at least somewhat viable for those in the higher skill ceilings. Using a bow or binoculars doesn't count.

Not him. The level design in BB and DkS3 look good but it's essentially just hiding linear levels with dead end branches that contain items. Verticality is another word for lazy, you can design each floor independently then throw in two ladders for easy intraconnectivity. To make it worse the areas feel more like levels than places, none of the design makes sense. It's much better than DkS2's Iron Keep but it's still fairly bad.

I dont understand. I basically made a glass canon mage for low sl invasions in undead settlement. I pumped to 32 into int. I dont even mind the getting one shotted killed, by my damage output just isnt what it should be. I hit someone with a powerful soul spear and it barely does 1/6th of their hp. Flashsword damage seems like im doing chip damage with each direct hit. I dont get it,did i do something wrong?

Why is DaS3 so easy? it wasn't hard the first run through, it wasn't harder in NG+. Why go to NG++ if i can clear a playthrough in four hours?

Tough decision when you see a grape as a red, because they can get rewarded for killing you but all you get for killing them is a loss of time and resources if you have to heal. I often kill reds as a grape.
