Couldn't have done it without the extra medpak drops since I wasted too much time early on, but I still got everything I wanted out of this event so I'm more than cool with it.

Only thing I want at this point is Coat Yondu, but I need another 20k in crystals just to get rank 4. I'm content with just buying it all after the event.

You still have 26 hours to grind for it.

20k crystals isn't that hard to get, just beat Ronan a few times and you'll quickly have more than that even at low levels.

Except that I'm in the Bonus Streak, and in less than an hour, a friend of mine comes by for dinner, after which we're off to watch Civil War, which won't be done till 2300, at which point I'm not gonna bother with the game anymore til morning. Now, I might be able to get it done then, if it wasn't for the fact that I've less than 10 Ronan-balls left. True, I might be able to farm them by going after mobs, but that depends on my medpack situation. Which is all for Rank 4, and I'm sure for Rank 5 I need mats that won't drop until I reach rank 4, which won't be until tomorrow, at which point it'll be too late to farm those mats.

If you're willing to wait, you can save up the shards you get through ads and bonuses and use those to pay for Spider-Woman

I bought Spider-Woman, Quake and Nebula, also Gamora's special costume.

You could theoretically save enough gems for Spider-Woman if you've been saving them from the beginning and never ever spent them including the 100 bonus gems we just got for GOTG.

Vision is four times as expensive as Spider-Woman though, it'll be a long time before there are anywhere near enough free gems available to think about getting him.

I always wonder how artists like this even get a job. She was a literally who working on someone else's webcomic for a while, and suddenly she's working on a popular Marvel character.

I mean if someone's an amazing artist or something I would get it, but she's completely awful. There are plenty of talented people online who will never get the chance she's been given, so why of all people did they contact her? Does she have family on the inside or something?

I'm on the 7th battle with Ronan and just ran out of the purple orbs to fight him with, and he still had about 80% HP. He one shots my entire team so I can only do 10% damage to him every fight.

All I can do is tell you to keep trying. I was at the point where I was doing 2-3k damage each time and I got him eventually. If you don't have Pepper grinding on the mission board for the orbs and med packs can be hard though.

I didn't get pepper. I wasn't really into the game back when she was up for grabs

They really need to be clear what is to offer on both sides before we make a choice. I'm sure we'll be able to get the others later in the last week of the event but it will be harder for sure.

obviously the medkits won't carry over. That's a basic given. Materials from a previous event will never work on a future one.
