I'm confused here lads. So I have 3 characters, 1 is 100, the other is 50 and the other is 25.

I can co-op with my friend one 2 of them (the 100 and 25 ones), but for some fucking reason I literally cannot see his sign on the other, no matter what we do.

Is this one specific character just fucking broken? Any idea what this could be?

weapon upgrade levels are akin to soul memory in that it restricts who you can interact with. So having a +10 weapon at level 15, you can't invade new players. Try password tho. or take off the password if you forgot to take it off

We're using a password, the other low level char is only upgrade level 4 and can see him fine, and i even made a quick new deprived, went straight to High Wall and I could see his sign.

I don't even want poise to change, timing trades to benefit from hyper armor is almost right. I just wish damage mitigation was better to make it more worthwhile, maybe at the cost of them reducing the length of it.

Poise should just reduce the damage you take during active hyperarmor frames.
Several hyperarmor attacks already have built in damage-mitigation, like the straightsword stance R2 and the UGS stomp. Just make that a universal mechanic to reward people that successfully bait you into a hyperarmor trade.

I kinda don't want it to change either. Having heavy armor poise through small projectiles would be nice though. Dark Souls 1 poise can stay the fuck away.
