Accidentally all of my meat into Kuzuhamon who wouldn't when I got her last night so I need to actually train for once. Didn't expect to get another good resistance to turn into a Mega again this soon

What are some early game Digimon that can evolve into good stuff in Heroes?

I mean, it's tougher than pretty much everything the game throws at you at least.
But that's not saying much. Para'd it to death, only saw it use a Mach Jab which did like 200 damage and then it never moved again.

His Machinedramon is a pretty tough though, as far as this game goes.
First thing to drop me down below 80k HP since I got max stats, and without buffs would only take low 4-digit damage from my attacks.
Plus DG Dimension is a bitch, blocks all tamers actions and LCD's almost all the time.

If there was a fight with 5 of those things now THAT would have been nice.

Anyone happen to know why, occasionally in Linkz, you'll gain 2ap after a turn ends instead of one? I thought I was going crazy when I'd use two finishers at the same time and one Digimon would reach 3ap before the other, but I've been watching it, and it happens pretty frequently.

Yeah. While I was playing I checked--enemies get 2ap as well. I wonder if you can get more than two if you get more then one crit with an AOE move.

Ran the 20ap Kuzuhamon Advent on my other account twenty times and didn't get a single material lol Starting to wonder if I'll be able to get her in time on that file. I've gotten two so far, but the last two days haven't gotten a single one.

CPU also recovers but doesn't use the extra AP. They stick to their attack rotation based on how much AP they would have assuming they don't get any crits.

Are you sure about that? I'm almost positive I've had Kuzuhamon get a crit at 1ap and then immediately finisher kill my other unit the next turn.

Pic related is seriously helping out on my team hard. Her defense ability is a damn lifesaver on harder stages.

Finally some story progression. That would've went a lot smoother if I wasn't a spaz. Some down time to train the reserve party. Priority is on Agumon, Betamon, and Veemon and Wormmon. I'll have to do some back and forthing with them later if the cam doesn't go up that fast. Basically, going after what I could do without worrying about the Royal Knights right away. My backups include a Dorumon and Guilmon, but I'm going for other evos on them. (I have doubles of both) I had a couple of things I wanted to build on, but I might change my mind as I just thought of things that would be easier for me to get if I change it around. Change one of my mistakes to a Salamon.

I'm astounded. I didn't expect to pull off the same feat as the more avid grinders in this game of getting Champions before the first boss. At least I know I'm on schedule. Massive catch up break imminent, though.

In the Japanese version they had a story mode and cutscenes which involved Aegiomon fighting the Olympus 12. Each form is supposed to represent a group in the game.

Well, I often use the armor digis as a means of going off on a certain evo path. Most notably, I used one to fill the empty spot in Mammothmon's line. Coatlmon ended up being used for two different things.

It's not official but I consider all the tiny adult and ultimate Digimon with only a head and legs to be the same type of Digimon. They were their own group when the original Vpets were released. I think it was something like Mamemon, Big Mamemon, Piccolomon, Datamon and someone else.

There was also the first story game where Kyokomon tried to kill all tamers.

Adventure is the most essential probably now with Tri going on. The stock animation can get old but yeah. 02 is a sequel for the sake of being a sequel but it still pretty fun if you are one of those people who enjoy fun. Adventure and 02 have the best movies.

Tamers is probably the best. A lot of thought was put into the plot and characters although it has some of the same flaws with animation just due to being dated.

Frontiers has a bad arc and feels more like a spinoff of Adventure that changes the monster raising concept to a more Tokusatsu thing, but it's surprisingly solid. The movie is really good. Unbalanced evolutions and main focus on the main two characters though.

Savers I honestly can't fucking remember so I don't think it must have been that good but again if you like monster of the week shows you probably will enjoy it and apparently a lot of people like this one. It goes back to normal monster raising.

Xros Wars feels like yet another spinoff. It was pretty fun but I can't ever bring myself to rewatch it. The Digimon have more character than the actual humans which is annoying. It's kind of weird and feels to toy selling even though digimon was always that way I don't have any nostalgia for it and it doesnt seem to have much heart. It's not bad thoug.

I don't know how to be a critic especially for kids shows man. I love everything. I'd say watch Frontiers. The best part about it is that it shares the same art as Adventure and Tamers, so it might hit you on a nostalgic level.

The movie is the only good part about frontier, the series is ho garbage.
The plot of the movie is what I hoped they used in the anime had so much potential.
