Look up some simple tutorials on the nexus, we have some in the OP. Start simple, a texture swap, a few tweaks in outfit studio, once you're familiar with some more of the systems, read on to a few more advanced tutorials and try some advanced ideas out.

Anyone have a fix for these 'crosshatched' shadows? On the neck you'll see a weird pattern on the texture. I had it in Skyrim and fixed it with "iBlurDeferredShadowMask=3" in the [Display] section of my .ini's. but it doesn't seem to have worked.
