drop an Archer circle for a circle in Ranger so you can have Feint + Barrage combo. If you don't plan on going backstabby on people, you could go Falconer at rank 6 for Circling. Also you would have a crazy amount of cute costumes

Optimization issues, some quests still aren't properly implemented (their text is missing), some abilities are still bugged, general balance issues, QoL issues, etc.

An example would be the trading restrictions. They said that it worked in Korea, but that the Western players didn't like it, so they're changing it. There are cultural differences that they didn't take into account that they'll want to change.

This is a fundamental misunderstanding. The way magic exists in the world is a little different from how you think. Magic is a kind of fix all for adjusted destinies. This is why it can't miss. Magic casters bend the target's destiny to what they want it to be, and magic sort of fills in the gap to make it happen. Meaning, by the time that spell was cast, you were already hit by it. Anything you did after that might delay or change how, but you were already destined to be hit with that spell, so it was going to happen one way or another. That's just how magic works in the Tree of Savior world. You should really read the books you pick up when questing.
