First for race locked diplomacy

IF OUR DAIMYO IS TO BECOME SHOGUN

MILITARY RULER OF ALL JAPAN

>Lizardmen still not announced.

3 weeks, 3 days and 10 hours

don't start doing this.

At 150 days and 100 days. I've said the same thing, counting days only makes them feel longer.

Just let weeks pass and soon enough it'll be released.

3 weeks, 3 days, 9 hours, and 45 minutes.

Playing RTW 1, just got the Marian reform

Is there a way to upgrade all of my existing units to the new version, or should I just disband everything and start over?

NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

DON'T MAKE ME LIVE MY LIFE.

Why aren't you saving Europe from foreign religions and bringing the true, Pagan faith back?

Because I'm playing FOTS.

I like Amazons. What are the chances of them making an appearance in TW:W as a DLC faction?

Maybe they'll be announced at the same time as Lizardmen?

I'm getting back into Total War after a hiatus. What are the best mods for Shogun 2, Rome 2 and Attila respectively?

Fuck it, I'll just disband them in a city then hire new units

Vanilla

3 weeks, 3 days, 9 hours, and 30 minutes.

Because I'm not into LARPing.

Does anyone else play multiple campaigns at once to prevent getting burn out?

Pretty damn low. Definitely not until all the main factions are done.

Lizardmen will be alongside the Elves in one of the standalone expansions, one assumes.

They were retconned so 0% chance of them being in TWW

Is RodG stable?

>They were retconned
No, they didn't.

Why don't you install it and tell us? ;)

>playing ERE
>doing pretty well, maintained all my holdings, expelled barbarians from my lands, and even helped out my Western bros some by destroying a few northern tribes
>new Sassanid ruler starts to stir trouble
>go engage in some desert warfare that takes for-fucking-ever to deal with
>as I'm mopping up and happy to finally be done with this constant uphill battle, excited to consolidate my new territories and make bank
>suddenly huns declare war on me
>5+ hun deathstacks charging into my northern territory in one turn
>mfw

Being ERE is suffering. The Huns are going to tear apart Constantinople before I can even get 2 or 3 of my 5 army stacks including my Emperor from the desert back north to reinforce my 2 stacks up there.

What do you all think of Darthmod for Shogun 2, and Divide et Impera for Rome 2?

After being driven from their homes in sarmatia, the Alans took journey in search of a new home as far as fucking possible from the fucking huns. Through many years of strife great king Respendial led his people, guided by a holy vision that spoke of an island far from the troubles of the continent. Finally the brave Alans have arrived at their promised land! From the end of world shall the new chapter in their story be written.

You should be making like 50k a turn. Just pay them off.

>That ERE

What is the most historical mod for Shogun 2?

Shogun 2 : TRoM 3 or Master of Stratergy (Havn't played either though, just going of what people say)
Rome 2 : Divide et Impera
Attila : Fall of the Eagles

>what are the chances a group mentioned in one paragraph of the fluff will get their own DLC faction?

I'd say 0% to 1.5% chance

Radious

Horrible and wonderful

I'm making like 2k a turn. My eastern half of my empire is somewhat unhappy because I didn't have time to work on it before the Huns invaded. The western half of my empire is getting raped and pillaged by Huns atm.

At least everyone is a Greek Catholic.

> Tomb Kings still not announced

Which of the three Roman houses would /twg/ recommend for the Rome 2 grand campaign?

Neck yourself

They're both shit.

WRE

Cornelia. The same house the great SCIPIO AFRICANUS came from.

Pompei

What the hell has India been doing throughout history? What has their warfare been like

>Literally best faction

SOMEONE, ANYONE
PLEASE, RESPOND

A completely unified India is a recent, British invention.
Prior to the last century that sentence is as silly as asking:
>What the hell has the Middle East been doing throughout history? What has their warfare been like

Unification between small states, fracturing into smaller states, subjugation by foreign entities.
Warfare differed depending on environment, which deviated broadly.
The overall political history of the last thousand years imitates former Byzantine land quite well.
>Muslims keep trying to push in non stop for centuries upon centuries
>Eventually, due to fractures and damage delivered from the side geographically opposite the Muslim advance, Islam takes the land for itself.
>And then western Europeans notice and brush away their 600 years of conquest in 20 years.

>And then western Europeans notice and brush away their 600 years of conquest in 20 years.

Alcazidaar>Settra

EMPIRE 2 FUCKING WHEN? IF THEY EVEN JUST HINTED AT IT BEING THE NEXT TITLE, I'D BE REALLY HAPPY

REEE VICTORIA > EMPIRE

> HINTED AT IT BEING THE NEXT TITLE
source?

>There will never be a Total War: Victoria
>You will never gun down Zulus in South Africa
>You will never unite India under British power
>You will never kill Russians in the Crimea
>You will never have an empire upon which the sun never sets
>You will never play as the CSA, beat the Union, and then conquer Africa to feed the plantation system

Ad Astra got a new chapter released!

>>You will never unite India under British power
You can do this in Empire though

>You will never unite Italy
>You will never free the Balkans
>You will never scramble for Africa
>You will never fight the Boers
>You will never fight the British as Zulus
>You will never fight western colonies as Ethiopia
>You will never fight the opium wars
>You will never create the German Empire
>You will never Manifest Destiny

>if they even just hinted at it
Learn to read

>IF THEY HINTED
>IF

honestly victoria is too narrow, I want a game beginning as early as empire and going on until after nappy - so from 1700 to early 1800

TW:W will be set in a time where the End Times never happened?

Age of Sigmar

it's locked in time so the end times can't trigger

the stupid nagash subplot was also canned, we are back to a regular chaos invasion

Victoria could easily extend from ~1840 to 1890, that's a pretty long time with 4tpy.

youtu.be/lL7pBMxdX6o?t=2m5s

What did Gurnisson and Bugman do to be in the Book of Grudges?

I feel like a large part of the game is lost when its less than a century long, the whole family tree and inner politics thing goes to shit since you end the campaign with the same set of characters that you started it with

...

Bugman's bar was burnt to the ground by goblins

shit

got me hyped for a second

>2 quarter pounders
or
>ikko ikki

2 quarter pounders.

>not wanting 92 accuracy bow warrior monks

shiggy

Master of Strategy mod.

Fuck the removal of troop upgrades only on recruitment was the one good thing Rome 2 did.

Also I guess pilum throw on the charge looked nice when it functioned right.

Its not very historical apparently, according to the guy in the previous thread. Looks like a lot of fun though.

Thanks famalam

>rear charge principe into anything
>80 barbars die to the pilum alone
The greatest feeling. Who needs cav hammers.

Tempted to buy TWWH. Running on 2500k & GTX570. Will upgrade to 970 if i sell my PS4.

Is it early game or something?
If so nobody cares, Constantinople is nigh impenetrable against early game huns without Large Onagers.

What's the latest TW you can run and how well?

Well what did that guy say?

I can run Attila on Quality . Bought it this week desu. Barely played it though.

I assume you were the 570 guy I asked. You should be fine on Warhammer, it's looking to be better optimized than Attila.

he didn't say why, he just said "No". To be fair he was playing the mod.

First game is about preparation and beginning of ET.

And I suppose you think the next two will be about ET and AoS?

Not exactly, I think next two will be about ET. MAy BE AoS will be in next trilogy.

I am, thanks for the reply. I checked the requirements for warhammer, they seemed too good to be true.

The mods adds locations, wonders, buildings and takes a more historical approach regarding the ashigaru and the Samurai.
The other mods I tested mostly just wildly add units and tweak the stats.

I dont know what people imagine with historical?
Big Grym Reality or what its called for MTW2, realistic politics for HRE mod?

Warhammer supposedly is x64 and has actual texture optimization.

is TRoM 3 considered realistic?

What is RodG

ERE gets 10% of their current ducats in additional revenue at their next turn. So if you store up to 1,000,000, that is 100k a turn.

Rage of Dark Gods, warhammer mod for Med2

Didnt test that one kek.

I thought it was called Call of Warhammer?

No, wait until BotET comes out

But what if i want to play until BotET comes out next week

Autism time
