About to get SFV. I mained Yun and El Fuerte in USF4, Yun in 3S, Claw and Boxer in ST, Sasquatch in VSav, and Bob/Eddy in TTT2. Who should I play in SFV?

It actually looks cool to try out, but the animations looks so embarrassingly bad. The anime weeb cringe is way over the top. Still, KoF usually shits on every other non-SF fighting game in my opinion

There is also the problem of self improvement. Are you playing better now or did you get lucky with a good team? Are you playing worse now or did your team attack when they should defend and it cost you the match? How am I sure I'm better than the Peruvians in my team? And matches can last an hour, try to learn from your defeats like that.

There's no real point in playing Vega when you main Chun other than for fun.

I mean, I guess if you don't like the Chun mirror it might be alright because I think Vega is one of the better character for fighting her but generally they share the same match-ups favours, albiet Vega doing worse against characters with good mix-ups.

and unlike chun he doens't have the option of just doing a motion move with slightly less damage instead

currently i can do no guile combos in a real match yet, but they're easy and kind of clean in training which is a good sign. If I get hella sick with guile in a million years I'll do the coolness just for you

The hard guile combos involve dash in sHP/sMP combos. Charging overall i think is easier but even i as an SF4 vega main am having a bit of difficulty nailing them consistently in a match.

Just practice on hitting your crush counter punishes fully.
