So apparently, thanks to a GBF scandal, japan very recently signed a law into effect that forces full disclosure of rates on gachas (not just 1% 5* but 1% 5* and then the specific rates for rate-ups, for all the others, etc.)
I cannot wait for FGO to refuse to adhere to this law (because it would bankrupt them) and get shut down.
