What's the difference between the ki-61-l hei and the ki-61-l tei? Can't decide which to get. Then again they have quite long turn speeds. should I even bother with them at all?

So which of the Jap fighters should I fly then? I mostly wanna do dogfighting and I heard the japs are quite good at that. currently I'm flying a ki-43-III otsu and I'm working towards the a7m2, but I have no idea what I should put in the other 3 plane slots.

Whatever Zero you currently have. Ki-61 otsu is good too, but much more of an energy fighter than other japanese planes. It's pretty much a japanese 109 or 202.
