With poise being back to being useful, Don't count out the Great Axe in addition to the other suggestions here. The speed it swings and the lower requirements means if you want to make yourself bulkier or wear heavier armor you can still hit 600 AR with a heavy infusion using only a 32 requirement weapon.

Its only bad because in duels sorceries are easy as hell to dodge.
In regular pvp theyre extremely good.

In DS2 durability was tied to framerate, in DS3 hackers are tied to framerate, console wins again.

Really you should be hollow infusing weapons with bleed innately, so not really worth it on an ultra greatsword.
It'd be good on Flamberge, Carthus Curved Greatsword and Spiked Mace if you're wanting heavier hollow weapons.
