That's not the entire tree, but R-DEF Boost is largely useless, same with the 5 points into DEX Boost 2 and the 4th point into DEX Boost 1 (3 are mandatory). Lack of Sharpshooter is rather troublesome, as well as Dive Roll Shoot & Keep Roll Shoot.

For a barebones ranger tree I'd consider something like this. It leaves you with 12 points to spare. I'd decide between points into Killing Bonus or 3 points into R-ATK Boost 1 & the rest into Boost 2.

The site I linked has up to date skill simulators for all the classes out at the moment, it's probably a good idea to map out what you'd like to do with your points for you sub-class and other classes as well if your trees are as old as you say.

Inbetween Stun Grenade and Gravity Bomb I don't really feel like you should need Upper Trap. If PP is that much of an issue, I'd suggest allocating remaining points into Killing Bonus.

How do "Bonus Quests" work? I can't find anything on bumped.

You go into a room and you murder everything. Magatsu one has you riding an AIS. Be sure to do it above 60+ so 11+ units can drop including Saiki.

Complete featured quests with A rank or above to get the gift box in the camp ship. If you get a silver / gold key; you can do the bonus quest that the key allows you to do. They have an expiration date so it's best to stock up on the keys and do them all in one session before one expires to make the most out of EXP / Tri / whatever boosts.

You go into an area and kill everything that has vastly decreased HP. Level 60+ is the best to do these since the EXP is more worthwhile and you get better drops.

What if I haven't reached 60 yet? I just reached 46, so I'm not sure if I can hit it before the expiry deadline.

Better to use them than lose them.

It's better to do them than let them expire. EXP is EXP. Spam AQs for levels since it's boost week so they should be 200% EXP and get as high as you can before they expire.
