How can I improve this sorcerer build?
I'm trying to keep it as low as possible (though I do want it to be endgame), but really I can't even see myself going below this level somehow.

As you can see I have minimum str/dex to hold a weapon and for a tiny bit of cast speed. I've got 60 INT of course. And then some basic endgame vigor, attunement and not a lot of endurance.
I'd like to stay at 85 or something, but I just don't see how I can achieve it.
Even 89 would be nice if it was feasible. I'm running double damage ring with magic clutch and cast speed, so ring slots are taken too.
There is prisoner's chain which would give me 10 useful points for vig and end (vit is whatever I guess) but I don't know.. should I use that in stead of magic clutch?
