Happened to me too. I don't know what causes it, it even fucks up if you play in windowed mode.

This is because, if you left the graphical setting as is, the Noire game resolution doesn't match the actual resolution of the window (Resolution says 1080p, but the Window is 720p/540p/whatever)
Try to match resolution, or do screenshots with other software

One thing I didn't like about Noire's game is how you can't control movement
It's really missing the ability to manually input your steps or stopping and then moving again as long you have steps left
