You can farm Viper on the slimes at mage tower 2f

Viper is good on Wugushi for the fact that wugushi attacks don't crit. So physical damage < elemetal damage.
Where elemental damage is usually balanced around the fact that they do not get amplified by crit.
Oh and don't forgot to go cafrisun with your viper!

The elemental damage is added to poison ticks, and I think evey other DoT too. Viper has a shitty patk though, so that's the only reason to get it

You need to calculate.
It's usually not good at early levels
But the higher level you go that +1% per attribute starts adding up.

At level 100 you'd want at least 25 lvls of your main damaging skill.
At 150 50% if you have the cash.
