actually, the timers are as follows
60 seconds to delete a post
when you delete a post, you get to make a new one immediately without following the second and third timers, which are
90 seconds in between posts
120 seconds when your current post has an image, regardless of whether your last post had an image, although if it also had an image you had to wait 120 seconds for it

this is for Veeky Forums, i don't know all of the timers on /v/ for instance but the normal post is 60 seconds instead of 90
