Concealment mod or target acquisition mod?
AA mod 3 or GFCS mod 2?
Defensive fire or Hydroacoustic?

If it's firing range, get that instead of AA if you like sniping, but don't bother with accuracy over AA power

You can go two ways with hind, AA or offensive. AA captain skills is BFT AFT SA SI and the 4th skill 200% clicky thing.
Or conversly, SA SI AFT(Or DE but AFT is better overall) and concealment.
Then you just swap the AA mod3 with range mod depending on loadout. Always concealment mod and DF.

longer range so you can meme on the everpresent 1/4 bow on babbies. The shell arc might be orbital but if they aren't moving or going quarter speed they're still super easy to hit/set on fire

Shooting enemy ships or shore based infantry with AA guns was not a crime, and wasnt uncommon as guns like the 40mm bofors could do some damage to lighter ships like destroyers, or submarines.
Sadly such a thing is not implemented in game, would be nice to see guns 37mm and up capable of acting like secondary weapons at close range
Hell, the USS Laffey was firing everything at Hiei including the 20mm's.
