Why do a Japanese stream then user? Don't get your hope so high.

Smoking is only "cool" if you're already cool. It's an intensifier. So for a gruff and grizzled police detective like Dojima, smoking makes him look cooler. But if you're a fucking dork, it doesn't do anything for you.
