You won't get too much of a benefit other than loading the cards faster and they pop up a little faster. But if you are low on space then you don't really need to do it because this game gets huge.

You can easily fix that by putting them old ones or most of them in a folder. unless you like having 400+ cards around.

I don't have it on an SSD (more like a stillborn HDD; I even get hiccups when music changes). People were mentioning that the models load faster because there's close to no caching in this game so it accesses the storage every time a high poly is supposed to appear.

Here's a new utility to check if your characters are missing eye/highlight textures.
If your AA2 is installed correctly it should read the install location from the registry and scan through your cards. Let me know if anyone manages to make it crash or if you find bugs or w/e.

The latest one (the one that works with different faces or whatever) isn't. All I did was changed some of the values to stop it from complaining about locale settings and let you set >30 for relationship values.

Then it's the one I'm using, thx. I remember it still complaining about something else like extra personality slot or smth but can't remember what exactly.

On one of my girls it says that she does not have the highlight but she does, I have checked her in game, in the maker and in reiedit. Now my assumption is that the eye highlight uses Japanese letters and it may be confusing it.

you should fix the displayed card size. Card face can be pretty big.

Jipjap characters work fine for mine. I'll try looking at conversions to see if I can make it not depend on locale.

I wrote it to use the image size since I wanted people to be able to use oddly shaped cards, but that's retarded. Just remember that those big ass cards end up in your save files too.

Oh forgot to mention I was using the aplocal as well. So I don't know if its compatible with it or not.

that cap was taken with the locale emulator so making it independent should do the job I think.

That never happens. Better to fix the size or at least limit it(aa2snowflake lets you patch the size up to 3x 3600x2400 so you can use those limits here). That card is definitely a troll one and we know that the big cards bloat your folder so no one makes them big.

V2 has fixed 200x300 for the character cards. It's not fixed for the eyes yet.

I added a new V3 that has a search box at the top. It's not case sensitive and it's going to be slow if you have tons of cards. Currently searches file name, last name, and first name.
