I'm debating between an Iron Flesh tank build so I can just spam attacks and never get stumbled and a sorceries build with MLGS. I've never used sorceries, I think it'd be an interesting way to play.

How do Yoel levels work?

Say I am lvl 10 and have enough souls for 5levels and Yoel gives me another 5

Is it better to first take 5 yoel levels, then 5 soul levels?
Is it better to first pay for 5 levels with souls, then take the yoel ones?

Does it not matter? Are yoel levels "worth more" if I am higher level to begin with?

Half of DS3's areas are really good and the other half are pretty garbage (or extremely garbage, looking at you Demon Ruins). There's also just a fuckton of missing textures, weird LOD issues, objects you can see into, etc. Not to mention the hilariously buggy netcode.

Yes leveling up, then taking yoel levels gets you more value. But if you plan on curing it it doesnt matter since you pay for those levels anyway.
