Which Female Slayer has the highest skill ceiling? I don't care how strong the class is, but I prefer to play things like Monk/EK/etc that have a very active play style.

I would say SM, although end-game I think they turn into X-spam. But they have a muscle shift mechanic and a lot of skills. I haven't played Vagabond, though.

Their muscle shift mechanic is basically pointless unless you use Katana for the damage bonus that's associated with that weapon mastery.
Their skills flow together fairly well without the skill cancels.

They can be an "xxxx" character, although it will really be whatever key you bound Imperial Sword to and not actually x, but that only with certain gear set ups.

For levelling as or to leech? Ele is pretty slow while levelling.

That is f.mech and f.launcher, they are "possibly" friends their backstories (mech's factory builds toys for launcher). F.spit is part of the valkyrie unit, and f.rangers are mostly alone.

Played this a little bit during the beta having never played it when it first got released. I liked the game. I remember trying to play with friends was a little questionable because of the lag.

What's it like now? Is there any new content or classes out? How big is the playerbase and is it worth getting back into?

You get the level scaling equips from just linking the characters
Just link 2 chars to get those, open boxes and then ignore the rest. There's no rewards for grinding here except that you level up 2 character while only needing to grind on one. Or level up both twice as fast if you grind all FP on both

No acount-bound rewards (except if you hit level 86 before may 17, then you get 50 ov fragments for each character), so it is basically an new-alt-only event.

Loads of new stuff compared to the beta. Leveling and quest progression is easier too (way less RNG bullshit, better quest window). The game still is a grindfest, but at least you only have to worry about that when you hit the level cap.

There are 2 events for new and returning players right now ("level up one new character, get a level up ticket on another new one for free", and "play game, get points, buy bikinis and other shit"), so it is a good moment to come back.

One normal level up on X character sends one level up ticket to Y character' mailbox. Use ticket, get level up.
I believe you start getting tickets after hitting level 16 on X character (both characters need to be level 14 or below to join the event, and you can do it with these characters only).

F.Spitfire. Not tanky, but who needs defense when you spend 90% of the time flying and shooting elemental bullets and grenades?
You basically reload your bullets/grenades every now and then and spam X/grenade-hotkeys to kill shit.
It is a quite simple class, and it sounds a bit boring at first but it is actually really fun to play.

I believe that Berserker is a XXX master too and it is a beginner friendly class, but I never tried it.
Weapon Master and Sword Master are XXX spammers too with certain builds and gear sets, but they are percent classes so some extra funding/grinding will be required to reach full potential.
