Back up your saves before joining in, easy as that. If you get hacked, just use your back up. That's what I do.

What if the ONLY way to make melee viable was for everyone to use an estoc with a torch offhand and the dragon head active and no rings equipped? If you change even one of those things you lose 25% of your damage. Sorcerers shouldn't have to be literal xerox copies of each other.

All I really want is for the items that increase spell damage to be nerfed heavily, with an equivalent buff to spell base damage. Also improve tracking on crystal hail and adjust FP costs of various spells so that GHSA isn't the be-all and end-all of offensive magic. I'm not asking to one-shot people, I just want to not be a pile of shit that's a carbon copy of another pile of shit.
