To be honest, this doesn't really matter anyways.
Most of the people who hacked used it on their mains and all their items are now lost, some who spent a lot of money and time on their accounts, it made them take a break from TF2 to go do more things with their lives or go to another game (Overwatch most likely), which means that the total number of hackers have went down from what it originally was. Of course, there will be those who are still willing to make alts so that they can be the literal cancer of TF2. Also, the competitive players are less likely to return to TF2 as well since they've been put out there.
