I can see McCree being a real counter, I've been killed by getting too ballsy against flashbangs more than a coupla times.
I don't think any long rangers or flankers can really be reliable counters though, because like I said, she's plenty capable of dealing with any range.

The ultimate really doesn't take long to build up, if you hit enemies well enough and heal your allies a lot you can have it pretty much every 1 to 2 minutes

Defensive characters can wreck her too, but it all depends on the situation for them.
