Im getting the strangest itch to play RS again. havnt touched the game since around the release of the grand exchange before the great schism. Can you choose to port accounts over to RS07? and if not how long would it take me to get back up and running to CL ~90ish starting fresh?

there only rule was you couldn't interact with your other accounts but they never even enforced it i used to multilog by clicking log in at the same time and just trade my accounts

I could hazard a guess and say bonds are the reason. You could have multiple clients open as much as your computer could handle gathering resources like shark or yews all day and fund all the accounts being used indefinitely on top of making profit. Making alts are one thing, but having them fund other accounts were against the rules.
