The general ideas of who's at advantage and disadvantage isn't that inaccurate. How severe the advantage and disadvantage is might be exaggerated in some cases though.

laura really has no way to get in on dhalsim, but if you fuck up and she gets in you've lost

basically its one of those theory matchups that 10-0 dhalsim in neutral and 10-0 laura up close, so i'd say in actual match environments where people make mistakes its 5-5ish
