How overpowered would a FP regen ring as powerful as the HP regen ring be? Why didn't they add one? DLC?

You can instead heal faster by using a cleric's sacred chime's heal weapon art with an equipped simple weapon in the other hand. Keep the chime out and you get decently speedy infinite heals

+30 level invasion modifier means that you will be matched against lvl 120's in invasions. And there is A LOT of people at SL120 compared to any other SL. So if you go past 89 you are just gimping yourself hard.

90 invades up to 120, and 120 is cancer. Worst of all, 120 is populated cancer, because there's a bunch of twitch e-celebs pushing it, so they and all their followers sit around at 120 on NG+ and you have to deal with their endless qualities builds with estocs, dark swords and backup DSGA's for the instantkill hornet riposte.

Scaling on weapons doesn't change between these levels, and neither does potential stats.

The difference is you might have low stamina, or only 27 vit or sub 40 dex/str or... you get it.
