But kronos has heartbeat and resistance checks implemented, which makes CC more blizzlike than on any other server.

I've never had fear break on a green mob, so the fear break MUST be dependant on resistance.
The only issue left is to adjust the threshold to come as close to blizzlike as possible.

I have been told fear issues are only with r1 by some people in thread
