I have the answer. No matter how drunk you are, if you play voli jungle you will win. Beer makes you BETTER at voli. It makes you see a pushed in lane, and instead of thinking "that might be a waste of time" you instead say "lol noobs" and flash Q and insta fuck the ADC.

Voli is so strong right now that the stupider you play him the better. There are 3 people at drag and your team doesn't want to help? ULT AND FUCK THEM UP. THEY WILL LIT ERALLY ALL DIE. I just went S+ with voli on my second day and it's thanks to me being drunk. It just wekrs. He's as easy as Shyvana but acan actually gank at all levels. It's nuts.
