Why do they just add weapons that are pure garbage? If it was just the moveset being subpar, I could kind of understand that because those things require some testing. This is just absurd, though. They could have easily just made the numbers match some of the equally obtainable STR weapons of equal weight and rarity, but they didn't because no reason.

I fell for the Great Mace meme too. My first character was going to be a pure knight waifu who uses Miracles and I wanted to use that. So I farmed a Cathedral Knight for hours and it didnt drop. Took a break and looked more in-depth at it and realized it was just terrible.

Okay, so how the fuck do the nameless king's attacks work? His combos are apparently as long as he wants them to be, he can apparently delay all of his attacks if you try to roll early and apparently, standing up where his weapon is standing after he's done swinging counts as a hit.

Honestly, I wouldn't level over 50 for NG. Any more than that and it you start getting pretty overpowered for NG.

You're parrying too late. Every parry weapon/shield can parry the third hit after any two R1s, for SS and rapiers you need to be really quick. It's also lag, though.
