chen is a non-presence in midgame/lategame teamfights. He's a free kill who can't kill anyone, and he can't impact which team wins the fights. He can't pick off an enemy hero or negate the enemy carry, all he does is heal his team for a few hundred HP and then goes afk
your magic immune creeps do absolutely nothing. All they do is sit there and deal like 10 hp in damage to a tower because they have shit dps

If you get Aghs as first item, in a pub, you got a insane ancient creep.
The core problem is that in pubs, you need to take T3 towers and Raxes before 20 minutes, or be a useless piece of shit.
