Pharah is a victim of early beta testing.
Noone knew how to counter her, so blizz just nerfed the rockets more, and more, and more.
The blast damage is laughable now, and the direct hits are 3, not 2.
Yet, now people are getting comfortable at playing it.. they're realising how:

Heck, i've had people like hanzo survive even 3 direct hits.

Personally, I'd be fine if they just halved his heal. As someone who plays Reinhardt a lot and often ends up face to face with other tanks, I can safely say that in a 1v1, it is impossible for me to kill him. Even if I have my ulti it is still practically impossible unless I luck out and my ulti interrupts his heal.
Go into the practice range and find out the distances. You can see M2 explode, that's the distance you want to fire it at.
M2 shoots a projectile and after a short distance it explodes. If you hit someone with the projectile you do fuck all damage, after it explodes though I think it's the same as M1.
Also get prepared for RNG spread of the shotgun to leave people alive with fuck all health.
Just played a bunch of matches with Fenoxo, was p good at Roadhog

Watchpoint Gibraltar is the worst map in the entire game
Use Junkrat and jump up to the right in the small alcove and just lob from there, you'll win eventually. Then you just need to time some ults to blow through it, it'll be hard but with some coordination you can do it.
So it's impossible in pub games.

I didn't go winston solely to kill Bastion or anything, but the rest of my team wouldn't/couldn't take him out and I was able to quite easily slip behind him with Winston's amazing jump. Of course once behind him I couldn't do a damn thing.

I have two really autistic complaints to make
First, Widowmaker's model and hitbox are so fucking odd to land shots on
She's fucking rail thin except for obviously her enormous ass and it makes her so strange to aim at that I just die to her shitty assault rifle
Second, there's WAY too much clutter in each stage
It's getting to the point where every fourth death or so happens because my character gets stuck on a random rock or box that's sitting in the middle of the field
