Dunno why people keep saying this. Her Berserker profile flat out stated that her family had the blood of dragons mixed with their own. Being a servant just caused her dragon blood to stir to the surface, putting it to the same level as F/SN Saber.

I think that the Saber clones generally are better designed than the Sakura clones. I like BB's and Kazuradrop's designs; Violet, Passiondrop and Meltlilith are pretty meh; and Kingprotea just looks like Alice.

The dragon imagery is derived from her family heraldry, yes. That's why Innocent Monster makes her more draconic. She still has some dragon blood in her even without Innocent Monster affecting her, but she still didn't have any horns or tail while she was still alive.

It's a bit weird since I vaguely recall that her A-rank magic resistance was described as separate from Innocent Monster, as if she would still have her magic resistance even if she didn't have Innocent Monster, but apparently that's not the case.

I'm not sure why Carmilla doesn't have Liz's B-rank Territory Creation, though. Liz only has it because of all the atrocious things she would do later in life, when she wss closer to being Carmilla, so it's a bit puzzling that Liz has that skill while Carmilla doesn't. Or that Liz has the same rank as Carmilla in Torture Techniques even though in her early life she never tortured anybody. The way understood it the reason she even has Innocent Monster is because at Liz's age she didn't torture or murder anybody, but at the same time she has several skills to represent that she did and Carmilla doesn't share them all for some reason.
